• Account information: name, email address, and credentials managed through our authentication provider (Better Auth).
• Organization and employee data: company name, job titles, contact fields, social links, signature content, and layout preferences you enter in the dashboard.
• Uploaded assets: logos and images you upload for signatures (stored via Vercel Blob).
• Billing information: subscription and payment details processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
• Signature analytics (optional): when your organization enables click tracking, we log clicks on tracked links in signatures (for example, link URL and timestamp). When you separately enable open tracking, we log loads of a small tracking image in signatures you copy from Tailnote.
• Usage and technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, including through analytics tools described below.

How we use information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Authenticate users and secure accounts.
• Process subscriptions and send billing-related communications.
• Generate signature HTML for copy-paste install, hosted previews, and optional analytics reports.
