How does Tailnote get my signature into Gmail or Outlook?
Copy your rendered signature from Tailnote and paste it into Gmail (Settings → General → Signature) or Outlook’s signature editor. We generate clean HTML that holds up in real inboxes—no OAuth or API connection required.
Do I need a designer to set this up?
No. Pick a template, add your logo and brand color, and Tailnote handles the layout, fonts, and spacing. Promotional blocks are filled in with simple forms; buttons, offer lists, Dynamic Content, image banners, or quotes from our library.
Can I track clicks and opens from email signatures?
Yes. Every link can get UTM parameters automatically so visits show up in Google Analytics. Inside Tailnote, click analytics are on by default; you can optionally enable open tracking to see when recipients load images in your signature (counts are approximate when mail clients block images).
What happens if I cancel?
Once you cancel you will lose access to the platform and be unable to make updates until you reactivate your plan
What is a Lifetime plan?
A Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase that keeps your organization on Tailnote for as long as we operate the platform. We guarantee at least twelve months of access from your purchase date; full details are in our Terms and Conditions.
Is there a free tier?
Yes. The Free plan includes core signature generation, every layout preset, promotional content blocks, and the domain email-health checker (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI) — with a "Powered by Tailnote" line on your signature.
